Dan is very nice guy. The reason I am writing review is to let people know my story with DL Kelley Construction. I am from China and recently move to Sugar Land. I need quote to make-ready my new business. I found DL Kelley Construction from business card stuck in door, so I did not know anything about them- I just need at minimum 3 quote for my project. Dan’s quote was 20% lower than the other company because he was honest in pricing and suggested ways I could save money on lighting and flooring. I was very impress with how much he know about everything construction! I will use him on every project I have from now on!

DL Kelley Construction did an amazing job with our guest bathroom! His communication before, during, and after the project were perfect. The project had a few minor delays but all were very reasonable and communicated adequately. If I had a question at any point, Dan was easily accessible by text. His sub-contractors worked hard and provided high quality work. I had a very specific vision and design for the bathroom and Dan gave me the flexibility to pick all fixtures and finished that met my criteria. We could not be happier with the final product!! After Hurricane Harvey hit, I was so fearful to hire a contractor. I had head such horror stories and felt so vulnerable. Among the myriad of recommendations, I had Dan, the owner of DL Kelley Construction come give us a quote. He showed up as promised, and then again after the quote was done to insure we were all on the same page. He started as promised and never missed a day of work- everyday on time! His work has been very excellent; his team polite and courteous- and he was amazingly responsive; even when I texted/emailed a “thought” (or 2 or 3) after hours. When we went through the punch list, I was 100% satisfied- he was not and came back the next day to fix some minor details that were bothering him. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
